As a dedicated and compassionate counselor, I bring 10 years of experience in supporting individuals and families through their personal journeys toward healing and growth. With a deep commitment to creating a safe, non-judgmental space, I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, trauma, etc.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I believe in fostering resilience and empowering individuals to uncover their strengths, develop meaningful coping strategies, and achieve sustainable well-being.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including teens, people in recovery, transition-age clients, young adults, families, and groups. My collaborative and empathetic style ensures that my clients feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and am committed to continuous learning and professional development.
Beyond my practice, I enjoy spending time with my children, friends, and family as well as travel and experience new things which enrich my perspective as a counselor. I am honored to be part of your journey and look forward to supporting you as you take the steps toward personal growth and emotional well-being.
I truly believe that your therapist should feel like your best friend that is not your friend. I believe in the therapeutic working relationship. I will work just as hard as you do. You are behind the drivers seat and you are the expert of your life. You know what you need and want. I just want to be the tour guide throughout your healing journey.
I have been in the helping profession for over 16 years. I have provided counseling to children as young as 5 and adults over 90 years old. I have experience with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, ODD, BPD, trauma, anger, PTSD, self harm, grief, addiction, marriage counseling, co-parenting, couples, parent-child, and family therapy.
Life can be complicated and overwhelming at times. I would love to help your navigate.
As a therapist, my goal is to help you reconnect with (or discover for the first time!) your truest self. I work with adolescents and adults who are seeking happiness, peace, and genuine self-acceptance. I believe that connection is the basis of healing, so I prioritize creating a safe and nurturing therapeutic space where we work together to heal your relationship with others and, most importantly, with yourself.
Through my experience working in a variety of settings with clients ages 5+, and my advanced training in approaches such as DBT, Mindfulness, and IFS, I tailor therapy to your unique needs. Whether struggling with anxiety, loneliness, life transitions, or just feeling out of touch with your purpose - I’m here to help.
