As a dedicated and compassionate counselor, I bring over 10 years of experience in supporting individuals and families through their personal journeys toward healing and growth. With a deep commitment to creating a safe, non-judgmental space, I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, trauma, etc.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I believe in fostering resilience and empowering individuals to uncover their strengths, develop meaningful coping strategies, and achieve sustainable well-being.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including teens, people in recovery, transition-age clients, young adults, families, and groups. My collaborative and empathetic style ensures that my clients feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and am committed to continuous learning and professional development.
Beyond my practice, I enjoy spending time with my children, friends, and family as well as travel and experience new things which enrich my perspective as a counselor. I am honored to be part of your journey and look forward to supporting you as you take the steps toward personal growth and emotional well-being.
If you're feeling burnt out, unfulfilled, stretched thin, confused about who you are, or just straight up not having a good time... I want to meet you!
I'm a neurospicy, tattooed, introverted, laid back feminist therapist. I have lived experience with hardship, and have very likely been in your position before. Whatever it is you're carrying, I have space for it.
I love working with womxn/femmes who are navigating college stress, ADHD, relational/attachment trauma, anxiety, and/or life transitions. I utilize a variety of approaches from parts work (Internal Family Systems), attachment work, feminist therapy, talk therapy, and genuine human to human connection. You can expect warmth, gentle challenging, unconditional acceptance, and humor while working with me. We will point out all the ways that the systems and values of our culture contribute to our suffering, and you will discover new ways for relating to yourself and others.
If you're ready, I am waiting!
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I love working with couples and individuals and helping people feel more connected — both to themselves and to the important relationships in their lives. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can show up authentically, feel genuinely understood, and explore life’s challenges with openness and curiosity.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, communication difficulties, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is systemic, collaborative, and flexible, and I enjoy adapting therapy to best fit each client’s unique needs, goals, and experiences. I primarily draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my work.
I am especially passionate about sex therapy and enjoy working with clients within the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as those exploring polyamory/ethical non-monogamy and BDSM/kink dynamics. One of my favorite areas of work is helping couples reconnect and rebuild intimacy after major life transitions such as becoming parents, moving, changing careers, or navigating shifts within their relationship.
Whether you are hoping to strengthen your relationships, feel more connected to yourself, or navigate a difficult season of life with more support, I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
When life feels uncertain or overwhelming, it’s easy to start feeling stuck, disconnected, or hopeless. Whether you’re a teen trying to manage anxiety and school pressures, a young adult navigating big life changes, or someone carrying the weight of a loved one’s incarceration — you don’t have to face it alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported, no matter what your story looks like.
I work with kids, teens, and young adults experiencing challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, substance use, and low self-esteem. I also have a special focus on supporting individuals and families affected by incarceration — helping them process complex emotions, rebuild trust, and find strength in their resilience.
In our sessions, we’ll move at your pace. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and person-centered, wellness-based approaches to help you manage emotions, improve communication, and reconnect with a sense of purpose. My approach is warm, conversational, and reflective — with moments of humor and real talk when needed — because healing doesn’t have to feel clinical or cold.
Therapy is a space for you to breathe, to feel understood, and to start seeing the changes you’ve been hoping for. If you’re ready to take the next step — for yourself, your child, or your family — I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
